I loved it
Why he is known as an actor and producer and his dedication to promoting multiple narratives through his productions. Hodge is the third actor to portray Cross, following in the footsteps of Morgan Freeman who first portrayed him on screen in 1997’s Kiss the Girls and again in the 2001 film sequel Along Came a Spider; and Tyler Perry as the title character in 2012’s Alex Cross, which flopped at the box office and led Lionsgate to scrap a previously planned Double Cross sequel. I had high hopes because I had been waiting for it since I first heard about it.

Well, this show not only lived up to those expectations but exceeded them in every way. In 2012, an Alex Cross movie starring Tyler Perry was released and it was terrible. Don’t let the fact that they’re different in every way stop you from watching this one.
That movie is garbage, this series is fantastic
Another great adaptation for Amazon Prime, they’ve done an amazing job with their TV series adaptations (Reacher, Fallout, Lord of the Rings, Jack Ryan, The Boys, Bosch, The Wheel of Time, Daisy Jones and the Six, Good Omens, etc. etc.). Amazon has so much faith in this show that they already renewed it for another season before the first episode even aired.
