This animated anthology series features original stories set in the worlds of iconic video games. Video games have made a big leap to the screen, and we’re celebrating the genre by taking a close look at more than 50 video game adaptations in movies and TV shows. Clive Standen reprises his voice role as Demetrius Titus, the protagonist of the video game Space Marine 2. This episode takes place after the events of the game. Refers to Film Junk Podcast: Episode 973: Carry-On (2024). I always wanted such a series. When I watched movie trailers or video game clips, I often thought that some of them would be for prime time television. I knew that the creators of “Love, Death” and “Robots” would create another animated anthology series, and I’m glad that I was right. The Warhammer episode has been a highlight for me so far and I really hope to see more in the future. My only gripe is that I spend more time on certain episodes. This series has so many solid video game stories to dive into and adapt into detailed episodes, the possibilities are very exciting, and I’m glad that' I completely switched to a sharper and more mature tone. I am very pleased with what has been shown so far, and I am looking forward to what will happen next.. “One hundred years of loneliness”; — one of the biggest television and streaming premieres of the month.
