Cloning and repatriation do not always guarantee an exact imitation
It has been the source of two releases, namely High Potential (a clone of the popular French series known as “HPI”) and now, with THE AGENCY 2024, Le Bureau Des Legends (one of the most popular French TV shows of all time, which aired from 2015 to 2020. For example, many critics believe that the new Western version of HPI, High Potential, is a real improvement over the original. Based on the first episode of The Agency, the reviewer believes that the show should at least live up to its iconic foreign counterpart.
I recommend it
The script is sharp and Fassbender — another A-movie star making the transition to the small screen — rarely disappoints. We take it for granted that the main storylines will change to reflect the ever-changing political landscape. But so far, so good.
